Dear Community members,
We have a mappview simulation package which we provide to our engineers. They run it on their PC to learn about mappview.
How ever in one PC recently we faced this package is not working. We are able to make the ArSim to Run. Even we are able to access SDM.
But mappview can not be access. I also check the ports :81 and :4840 they are assigned to ArSim only.
Still no idea why we can not access.
Do we have any ideas how to fix this issue?

Have you checked in the logger if the mapp View server has started? The logger should reveal where the issue is.
so @Sharmah what has logger shown to you? can you update us?

Dear All,
Logger was not showing any significant error which could lead us to the solution.
However we found out from one of the error, that the .net framework version on win 11 could be the issue.
Thus when we installed below package and then it worked for us.
