Mappview TimeZone display

Hi, currently I am working on a mappview application with where I want to show the time zone in the timeStamps.
I have done this in de following way:

  • Event text
    image

-Configured a TimeFormat tag
image

In the SDM and FT50 panel that I use the timestamp is set to 6:30

I get the following result without the 30 minutes:

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I think the TimeFormat tag is not working correctly. But I do not know which pattern then to use.

Thanks for you help!

Hello, Martijn Weijers:

I assume, that you opened the mappview on your browers in your pc. If my memory serves me right, the mappview will show your date and time in your pc (the client), can you check if the date and time on the machine’s own visualization is the same?

Hello Wenbo,

Thank you for the fast response. But all the mappview screenshots are taken from the FT50 panel. When I open the application via the webbrowser the time zone is +01:00 (Netherlands).

I did some more testing and when I do an audit export it registers the timezone correctly:

But not in the audit trail in mappview:

Hello,
I have tested the zzz on my own, and it seems that the mappview work fine (it can show the :30), which make me wonder whether the issue may lie on the FT50. Which version of FT50 images are you using? If it’s not the latest, a option to try out is to upgrade to the latest.

Hi,
I’ve tested with my T50 and it also shows the :30
I have image version 1.7.0

but with my FT50, on image version 1.5.2, it has the same problem!

Unfortunately bad news: the newest image 1.7.0 has the same problem…
I’ll create a Case for this issue

I have the 6PPT50.101E-16B on image 1.7.0. This is a T50 panel I believe. Sorry for the bad information. But the customer has the 6PPT80.101E-16A on image 1.7.0.
What I am doing wrong if it is working on you T50 panel?

I also did check it in simulation with mijn own laptop and there it is working:
