MC_BR_RegMarkCapture001 Usage in mark correction for cutting

Dear All,

I need help in using MC_BR_RegMarkCapture001.

Which mode and parameters should be used if I want to use the mark as a trigger and cut offset as the distance between mark and cut of a continuously moving axis with camming to master virtual axis.
Earlier I was using mode as FIRST TRIGGER + INTERVAL, but it gives me large correction values when the cut offset increases heavily. I think I am doing some error in calculation, or mode selection. So i need basic understanding for the same.
Can anyone explain the modes, parameters and calculating reg mark position for the requirement.

Hi @bhaglanid ,
to be honest when I worked with printmark correction PLCopen function block was not ready yet so I implemented my solution with SPT.
In the help I think we have an example that described step by step what you have to do:

I recommend to do more traces to identify the cause of your issue.
Without any data/traces it’s hard to help you.
When I studied my first printmark correction in the lab, it was not a project for one day so it took a while to understand the meaning of all parameters.
