The error text indicates an IRQ (Interrupt Request) channel conflict between the ARwin interface cards and the PCIe/PCI converter. IRQs are utilized to interrupt processor functions to react immediately to specific events (think keyboard keystrokes, the CPU needs to handle them immediately to ensure smooth typing). ARwin utilizes them to swap the processor over to handle real-time data to/from interface cards, and to take over the processor for real-time processing.
The conflict error indicated is usually the result of incorrect BIOS settings, or a shift in the location of the AR PCI cards on the system. As Corne indicated, check the BIOS settings for ARwin to ensure it is correctly configured for the APC910 (Advanced → OEM Features → Realtime Environment: Enabled). Also check that there have been no hardware changes to the APC910, no swapping of PCI locations or addition of other hardware.
