Project transfer issue to the X20CP1382

Hello,

I am Levy, Automation Ingeneer and working for AGROCI in Ivory Coast.

My challenge is, I cannot download a project to the X20CP1382 although I can go online, but I get a message during transfer as " A connection via ANSL is needed to execute Transfer properly.

I am using the AS4.3.

Hi Levy

Looks like you are currently connected using the older INA connection instead of ANSL and I can see it at tw places which I have higlighted in the screenshot above.
For a successfull transfer you will have to disble INA. I would delete the TCPIP you currently have and recreate a new one without a node
number in the INA column, I believe node number 2 automatically comes up but you can delete it.
