i have demand of high speed position sampling from encoder position, currently using 1ms sampling task fir reading position from X20DC11A6 (5Mhz) module.
is there any benefit to use Reaction module for sampling encoder position to buffer, single sample period is max 4 second.
buffer analyze is done on normal cycle.
target is get less than 0.1ms samplerate.
Reaction modules can not buffer 40000 variables.
Use X2X or X2X+ with X20CP1686X or X20CP3687X.
i have try X20CP1686X but with X20BM11 modules not allow faster sample, also device have limited space, and X20CP1686X is not fit in cabinet.
You will need X20BM11X (Black lever) modules and activate X2X+. With X2X+ you can get 4 times smaller X2X cycle times, if the module allows this. I could not find a value for the minimum X2X cycle time in the datasheet.
