Hello,
The error can be triggered by the AsGuard-Library.
This library is connected to the usage of the Technology Guarding functionality which uses the Technology Guard Dongle on the PLC.

The AS-help is very short about this error. Indicating that this is an normaly not so expected error.

If you are using an Technology Guarding Dongle on the PLC

  • can you replace it for tests?
  • can you use the Technology Guarding Tool to check if you can read the Licences?
  • can you update your Automation Runtime to check if this helps?

What changed on the machine before this error was occuring… some more information around this could also be interessting.

I hope this is a start for your diagnostics.

And at last: If the help says contact local Support, it might be also an idea to start with.
