I’ve solved the problem.
Setting the selection switch on the SafeLOGIC controller to the setting between SK_XCHG and FW_ACKN (11 o’clock) and pressing the acknowledgment button for 20 to 30 seconds (until the ENTER LED is lit) will format the SafeKEY. The SafeLOGIC controller will then be restarted.
