SDL4 transmitter to SDL3 panel?

Hi!
Our SDL3 transmitter card broke and we replaced it with a SDL4 in a APC910 series machine. (We could not get a SDL3 card.) Now the Panel connected works, but doesn’t have any touch capabilities. Is this by design? Can we do something?

Hello,
unfortunately it is not intended to mix SDL3 and SDL4.
There are two possibilities:

  1. Use an SDL4 receiver at AP side
  2. Try to organize a 5COSD3.1000-00 (SDL to SDL3 converter). With that you can stay with SDL3 Receiver. Unfortunatiely this converter is discontinued, but maybe you can still find something somewhere.
