Hi Ali,
Depending on what operating system the panel is running, you should be able to set the time from Automation Studio.
This will match the panel’s clock to your computer’s.

Of course it is - your status bar shows “Offline” and thus you aren’t connected to the target. You need to establish the connection first (maybe a right-click on the item in the browse dialog and then “Connect” already does that, sometimes it can be a little bit tricky to get that to work, in my experience) and then the “Info” button should be enabled

I see that the PLC’s IP address is 172.16.1.80. What is your laptop’s IP address? They must be on the same subnet to connect. Also, is there an Ethernet cable running directly from the PLC to your laptop or are you going through a network of some kind?
