i have following problem with an older machine. AS 4.2.7 with safedesigner 4.2.5.4.
SLX shows one module missing. in systemdiagnostic all modules are detected correctly (ModuleOK = TRUE, Serial is correct eg).
Module was changed, no improvement. Socket was changed, no improvement, too.
Removind all terminals and wire also with no change in status, so no shortcout eg.

can you check if the IO-Supply is given to the Safety Module which is missing.
If only the X2X-Power is given, the Safe-Modules are visible for grey PLC, but if the IO-Supply is missing the safety part is not operation and Safe-PLC can’t find the Module.
