Hy everyone,
I created a project including a X90CP154.60-S1. The ModuleOk Channel for the X90Sl104.48-S1 is false. When checking the System Diagnostic Manager I noticed that there is a module that is not recognized:
Did I forgot to add something to the project?
Greetings Felix
Hello,
since the X90SL104.48 is a safety module, you are might missing a safe application on the module. Without a safe application running the “safe module ok” is not available might leading to this. Please make sure you have the right X90 CPU in your hardware configuration.
Make sure that you create the safe application using the SafeDESIGNER and transfer it to the safety module. When you are connected via Automation Studio to the X90CP154.60-S1 it should be possible for the SafeDESIGNER to connect to the X90SL104.48-S1 and transfer.

Hello Fabian,
thank you for your help.
I read the Getting Started help pages and checked if I had missed a step, but could not find anything that is missing. I also double checked if I have the right hardware, but with the X90 being a complete system in one housing only the main controller can be selected and all other hardware is added by automation studio automatically.
Installing a safe application is where I noticed the problem in the first place because connecting to the X90SL104.48-S1 does not work. I thought that the undetected hardware problem was the cause of that. I tried to connect with the HMI and with safeDesigner directly (using the Remote Controll and the SafePLC logo on the top right).
I also have an X20 PLC with a SafeLogic where I can successful connect and install a safe application.
Could it be that I have a to old version of Automation Studio(I am using V4.12.5.95
) or an other component?
Greetings Felix
Hello Felix,
versions look okay.

EDIT: Make sure to use the Hardware-Upgrade 2.6.1.0
Hi Felix,
I created a project including a X90CP154.60-S1
I don’t think this is true. It looks like you have created a Project with a X90CP174.48-S1 and than replaced it with the X90CP154.60-S1.
But in that case you also have to replace the X90SL104.48-S1 with the X90SL106.60-S1.
As the X90 Safety consists of 2 parts (X90CP and X90SL) you have to replace both. This is quite similar to the X90 world when exchanging the X20CP and X20SL at the same time.

Hi Christian,
you are right. After changing to the correct safety PLC everything worked.
