What do you want to do it? do you need to diagnose it, or develop your own project? whatever, B&R is possible to program with IDE called automation studio. I do not out of my head what version still support this old hw but I think AS2.7 and maybe also AS3.0. Can be provided for free on request. theoretically if you need develop code for your CPU you can install the latest AS 4.12.9 (but not AS 6):
