This is only showing what you have in the project. You have to physically update your T-Panel. This means press the button “Update System”, load configuration from PLC, and after a successful update, store it.

For an image update, you have to press the Update System button. You should see the update action, progress, and completion. Otherwise is not done. Same for action - Activate wait for NTP sync.
