Troubleshooting Error ID 30024 in PLC

Hi,experts
There are several times after PLC power on,CPU is in Service Mode。Enter logger,it show Error ID 30024(Module removed while running).But it show OK in Hardware Tree from SDM.After this Error happen,replug module is not fix it until redownload program to CPU.
What may cause this problem happen?

Hello,

I would first deactivate the module monitoring on the affected module. (Module supervised = off)

Please check your setup:

1. Is the X20BM11 plugged in correctly?

2. Swap the X20BM11 with the neighboring module. Does the error move with the module?

3. Swap the electronic module. Does the error disappear then?
