I’m using PPT50 as a vnc client and i want it shows tips when PPT50 disconnect with PLC .There is only “Use RFB extension” option in VNC setting and I have to enable it to show tips (However,as help said, If several VNC clients are operated on one B&R VNC server, option Use RFB extension is only permitted to be enabled on one VNC client.)。What should i do if i use several Power Panel T50 VNC clients and I still need VNC connection monitoring

I assume that the firmware on your T50 is below V1.5.2, because the option “enable connection monitor”, that was introduced with that version, is not shown on your picture (it sould be visible below “Use RFB extension”).
You can check the version under “About & Info → Image version”, and if it’s an older one you should upgrade the T50 image to get access to the “enable connection monitor” setting.
