Can the display of a Power Panel 500 be duplicated by simply adding a new monitor like on an APC?
I think you could use a T-Panel and configure it as a VNC client and connect to the PP500. Keep in mind that the visualization will be mirrored. So you can not operate them independently.

What if I give a monitor that has a touch screen and it still can’t do input?
I am not sure if I understand the question correctly. The T-Panels have a touch interface, so you can use them to enter values as you would on the PP500. If two operators work on both panels simultaneously, they could interfere with each other. You can try deploying your VC4 project a second time and connect the second instance to the T-Panel. This would provide some independence, though it has its limitations. You can try this right now by configuring the VNC server under the Ethernet port of your PP500 and using your PC as an OPC client.

What does this T-panel look like?
