Why audit events are missing despite BR_Engineer role

Hello Community,

I am experiencing the same issue right now on a project but the BR_Engineer user role assignment does not fix it.

I have just attached the screenshots from HMI below. Although the active user has BR_Engineer role, the audit events are not shown. Is there any other tricky point that could be missed?

Hello,

I encountered this issue also today. After starting the investigation I currently know of 3 Persons which reported that they have a issue with MpAudit showing not Content in the MappView AuditList.

Currently known workaround was to go back to 6.5.1.

I am still in investigation.

Hi!

Starting with mapp Services 6.6.0, the OPC UA Interface of MpAudit has to be explicitly enabled (disabled by default). This has unfortunately been missed from the Revision Information. :cry:

Once this configuration property has been set to TRUE, MpAudit should behave the same as in version 6.5 (or lower).

Could you please check in your MpAudit configuration which value this property has? And if set to FALSE, can you try setting it to TRUE (+ checking if Audit Events are shown afterwards)?

as i am new to the topic i was not aware that this setting was not present in mapp 6.5.1..
Thanks for the information.
Enabling the OPCua Interface does bring the information back to mapp View.
