When performing “Offline Installation”, the following warning is encountered even though the CF card can be found on the computer. If this is the case for you you can follow the steps below.
The warning simply says that the service called “B&R Disk Image” is not running and must be run manually on Windows Services.
- On Windows, find the B&R Disk Image service under Start → Services(Run as administrator)

Rightclick and go to the Properties tab.

Set the startup type to automatic, then start it manually if the service is not running.

Click Apply

Close the “Offline Installation” tab and try again.
