X20CP1483 CPU all LED are off , including X20 IF 1072 LED are off.
What could be the reason

an electrical problem could be the cause. If all LEDs are off (and voltage is applied) then I suppose that the internal power supply of the PLC is damaged
You should send this PLC for repair

Agree with @oliver.doberer, double check that the voltage applied to PLC is on proper level. If so, it is hw problem.
Checked 24volt on the terminals are OK 24.1V ,there is one confusion that card r e led are blinking ,I mean not stable .
It is rather simple: If this machine was workig and now the PLC does not show any LEDs then it is damaged
The r and e LEDs on the IO cards only show that this are still working and waiting for the PLC to send signals - which is not happening and another sign that the PLC is damaged
