Hi there,

I need to diagnose a 4PP045.0571-062 and I have tried to use Automation Studio 6, but can not find this option. Can any one help?

Hi @James_Aston, 4pp045 was removed from AS6. B&R Online Help If you need to create a project with this hardware, you have to use AS4.

For the first diagnostic, you can try to connect to SDM (if it is enabled). Just connect your PC to the ethernet port of PP45, try to ping it, and if you get a response, open a browser and try to access SDM (System Diagnostic Manager) using the URL: IPADDRESSOFPP45\sdm Service Mode - What is it and how to collect diagnostics
