Hello Jaroslav, sorry for not replying any earlier.
I have managed to solve the issue! i logged into my router and found the automatically assigned IP, and then connected to it. After that, i have set the IP in my project to match the Automatically assigned IP, and have added a rule in my Router to keep giving the same IP to the Power Panel.
Thanks to the links that Marcus showed me, i also managed to identify and solve the problem with my hardware configuration, making it now boot into RUN mode. Big Thanks to Marcus for the help he has provided!
