Dear community, I have a 4PPC70 that is every time in boot mode…and in landscape mode shows: Boot mode : BOOT
If I try to transfer a project from USB, nothing happens, if I try to send a project with AS, the transfer works but at the end I get the message: Operation failed.
I can connect with AS, it takes IP from DHCP, so it looks like the basic functions are working.
I tried to use HD/CF Utilities, but I see no device into the list, and if I click on “Edit partitions” I get the following screens:
I guess the flash memory could be corrupted or damaged… is there any way to try to recovery it?
Thank you.
Is this with AS 6?
If so look at this community post:

If not how old is the device?
You could sent the C70 in for repair (contact your local subsidiary) .

It is with AS 4.5.2.102.
The device is more or less 5 years old.
So I guess there is no way or trick to recover the flash.
Thank you.
Hi Mr. Capraro, when you say “…transfer a project from USB…”, do you mean you’re transferring the project by a USB stick? Not all USB Sticks are compatible. I suggest to try to install the original operating system that was last used on this C70 using Automation Studio. Thereafter install the new operating system and the project.
