I’m using AS6, and I’m trying to test X20CP0410, X20CP0411, and X20CP0484.
I downloaded AS6_AR_6.4.2_X20CP04xx and performed the upgrade.
After that, I pressed the reset button on the PLC, set the IP address, and downloaded the project.
However, as you can see in the image, I’m getting a message saying that the runtime could not be updated.
What could be causing this issue?

It seems the issue was caused by the PLC hardware itself failing. I couldn’t find a way to repair the broken unit, but using a new device will solve the problem easily.
