HI, not sure if it shuld be here, or in “ACOPOS inverter” category.
I’m trying to set up test stand for repaired ACOPOS10xx servo drives.
ACOPOS1090 arrived without any option modules, they may have been used with 8ac114.xx-x.
Started project in AS3.0.90 and added sample basic one axis motion code: LibACP10MC_SingleAx_C
added start/stop/reset+speeed logic.
Configured gAxis01 to uf control and matching motor parameters(trying to spin induction motor for simplicity)
As i understood 8AC141 should control the drive it is installed in, but it seems that it is expecting external drive on CANbus.
I’m hitting a wall here. I tried setting node addtress to 0,1,10,16, all behave the same. IF2.ST1 not found
modbus is only there to get basic.status.errorcode out as monitoring watchdog shows it out of scope all the time.
which btw is always 29489 - “ErrNr: 29489 - Internal values of the axis structure are invalid”
The Errors of ARNC0 can be ignored, the ARNC0 is the CNC System from B&R and is not needed for single Axis operation. The ACP10 is used for SingleAxis.
As far is i know you can delete the Interface for ARNC0 to prevent the error.
ErrNr: 29489 - Internal values of the axis structure are invalid
The System makes an access to the Axis-Object by the name.
gAxis01 in this picture.
if Mandatory Data in this Structure “gAxis01” gets overwritten the error 29489 is set.
It can also happen that the system does not correctly initalise the Structure on start up, this can also be a error source.
if you do not see a network.init after a certain amount of time. (A Firmware Transfer can take some time on CAN, shown by Network.phase 40)
You have to check Settings related to communication.
I’m using AS3.0.90 with AR 3.08, motion v 2.xx, and nc v 1.2xx. Yes ancient software for ancient hardware.
I’m at loss as the supposedly good inverters all stay with red LED’s flashing and there seem to be no communication between ac141 and 8v10xx.
one of them was pulled from working system using ac110 card for comms.
I may have fubared ac141.
using old software is good idea for old hardware i like this
i had to use AS2.3 in last December for an old machine. This old software still works, you only need to find the buttons as they are all on different places as today.
If you have a AC110 and a second ACOPOS you could try to connect this as an additional axis. Just unsing one as a 24V source for AC141. Could be an idea.
I have not much ideas how to suggest you options… because you seem to actualy know how to operate AS. If you start with an empty project just from scratch its only a few chlicks to get to the point were the ACOPOS should be accessible.
but as always the system adds in the logical view the latest version of the libraries, in my case for motion it installed 5.29.0 for the libraries Acp10man, Acp10par and NcGlobal.
Then I changed the version to 2.52.8, ACP10 that supports CAN:
Thank you for your effort to help me, but as mentioned before I’m using AS 3.0.90. This version does not even have Acp10man newer than 2.28 to load. There is no AS4 installed, and never was for that matter.
I’ll wait for AC110 in reasonable price to show up on ebay, as the working system one of my test subjects were removed is still working with overhauled drives some 2h drive from me.
