Hello,
The AC141 does indeed internaly communicate to the ACOPOS via CAN.
Which means you have to limit your ACP10 version to a 2.x one.
There is no additional wireing needed the AC141 does have internal contact to the ACOPOS.
The Errors of ARNC0 can be ignored, the ARNC0 is the CNC System from B&R and is not needed for single Axis operation. The ACP10 is used for SingleAxis.
As far is i know you can delete the Interface for ARNC0 to prevent the error.
ErrNr: 29489 - Internal values of the axis structure are invalid
The System makes an access to the Axis-Object by the name.
gAxis01 in this picture.

if Mandatory Data in this Structure “gAxis01” gets overwritten the error 29489 is set.
It can also happen that the system does not correctly initalise the Structure on start up, this can also be a error source.
if you do not see a network.init after a certain amount of time.
(A Firmware Transfer can take some time on CAN, shown by Network.phase 40)
You have to check Settings related to communication.
Its 15 Years since i last had this kind of Hardware in hand, so i do not remember all details atm.
Greetings
Michael
