I was having trouble to replace my X20Ai2632 Rev H0 by Rev H3 ( only one available), once replaced my card is blinking and not detected.
Do you know where i can found rev version and hardware conpatibility, my firmaware on programm is actually 1.1.7.0 ?

H0 and H3 are identical in terms of hardware, both are supported with the same upgrades. I0 would require version 1.4.0.0 of the upgrade.
Maybe the logger tells you something, other than that I can only suspect a hardware defect

I can’t connect to logger right now, what i see is that H0 is working well ( tried with another one) H3 doesn’t work, i guess there is a difference in firmware version and H3 didn’t support V1.1.7.0. Which can make sense that would be great to have a way to hardware revision compatibility regarding firmware.
As stated, your upgrade 1.1.7.0 supports both, H0 and H3, so I am not sure why this leaves guessing in regards to firmware. I have actually checked this.
The next upgrade of relevance needed for hardware support is 1.4.0 which adds support for revision I0…

The latest information for your X20AI2632 module that I see:
I added the note because quite often the customer doesn’t find immediately this information.
