APC 910 HM170 (version 2.18.1264) PXE boot doesn't working

Hi all,
I’m Donato from Merck Serono, I have some issues with APC 910 PXE boot from ethernet.
-BIOS version APCCR117 (08/23/2019)

I’ve enabled the UEFI eth boot from bios but but when I start the PC it remains in no boot option.

I’ve tried to change some configuration, in order to enable the the ethernet device for boot:
-Network Stack driver support: enabled
-UEFI fast boot: Enabled/Disabled (both configuration)
-Boot priority selection: Type based
with:
1st: onboard LAN
2st: external LAN
if I connect a different PC (thinclient) into same eth port the PXE boot start well so I don’t have network issue.

I can share more information or screenshots if it might be helpful.
some one have any idea how I can solve?
Thanks in advance

Hi,

Maybe the PXE option bootrom isn’t enabled? As I remember, there’s an option for that but I’m not sure what’s the default setting.

I can’t research it right now because I’m not at my desk, but on the website, you’ll find the manual for the APC910, there’s a chapter included about the BIOS option:
https://www.br-automation.com/en/downloads/industrial-pcs-and-panels/automation-pc-910/automation-pc-910-users-manual/

Best regards!
