I had an issue with an APC910 and it do not get to Run mode. When I start the PC it stuck in boot mode: diagnosis.

Hi,
‘diagnosis’ is one of the operating states of the Automation Runtime.
You need to connect Automation Studio and read out the logbook to find out what went wrong, e.g. what error occurred.
After this boot mode a “Service” takes place instead “waiting for hardware”. I don’t know if this bring any more clearence for you.
Is there any free version of AS to use? I’m only doing service and troubleshooting this machines.

If you know what version of AS you need, you can download it from BR webside AS download. Trial version can be used for troubleshooting. You can also try if system diagnostic manager is enabled. Connect using your laptop to Ethernet of AR available on your APC, open browser on your laptop and try [AR IPADDRESS]\sdm
