Hello, I have problem with connection between AS 4.12 and APC 3100. I can´t see APC in online settings in AS, but in app Wireshark i can see IP for APC. I have correct IP in AS for ETH 1 or ETH 2 but nothing found. If I ping from APC to my notebook everything is OK but opposite ping is not possible. Have I make same changes on APC or allow access for communication? Thank you for your advice.

in recent AS/AR versions (I think 4.90 and newer) the SNMP protocol is disabled in the ethernet adapter configuration in Automation Studio.
A connection from your notebook to the APC3100 should be possible, but you have to enter the IP address manually.
The browsing function uses SNMP - as mentioned, this needs to be enabled and transfered to the APC.
Yes i know but i can´t find APC for the first time. I know IP address (from wireshark) but if i enter address manually and try connection, I am still offline. Our APC is powered for the first time.

Sorry for my inactivity, i was on holiday. Everything works. Problem was solved by USB installing. I made USB project installation in AS and install on APC during boot.
