After downloading a program for controlling our ACOPOStrak to the APC910, the APC910 is stuck with some error after booting. The “run” LED is lit in red and on the screen I get the message “boot mode: error” (Screenshot). I can then do an offline installation of an “empty” program on the CFast card and the APC boots again, but I have no clue on how to find out, how to find out what causes the error in the ACOPOStrak program. Has anyone a lead?
Found a message in the logger, about a module not being plugged…
Could you solve your issue by now, with the information from the logger?
If TRUE can you mark it as such via the Solution button on a post.
If not, please have a look here Troubleshoot Service Mode

Indeed, somehow I did not think that I would see a relevant error in the logger in case of a failed boot. But fact is, the logger indicated that a module was configured but not found during boot. The real problem was that when migrating from AS4.12 to AS6, we changed some of the modules to “DNA on” but that one module was still configured to “DNA off”, which was in contradiction with its setting on the hardware.
