Hello,
I’m using an APC910 in combination with an 2.2Ah UPS (5AC901.UPS-01). The system should shutdown on power loss and after the defined amount the UPS should turn off as well.
The shutdown functionality is not working and after checking the UPS Manager i see that it indicates “Error 50“ on all information tabs:
Can anyone tell me what the cause is of this issue as i cannot find a manual for it?
We’ve checked the wiring and this is correct.

Which bios/mtcx is running on the APC910 ?
According to the ADI SDK error 50 = The request is not supported (e.g. because the installed BIOS version is too old).

Is this a new APC ? Could you test the latest drivers ? ( The ADI 2.4.1 is from okt 2023 )

Unfortunately i’m not able to install this ADI driver. Our APC is running on windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB, this driver does not support 2016 LTSB.
Is there also a new ADI driver for the version that we are using?
