Adding on to Jaroslav’s suggestion, there were a lot of things tried in that thread. The end result was that even though Widows Defender Firewall was inactive, something was still blocking ARSim. There usually isn’t anything special you have to do to get it to boot; it should come up just fine even with a new, blank project. I think it’s best you contact your IT department and ask them what could be blocking the software. It could also be a network issue as ARSim has to bind to the local loopback adapter.
