Hi Community,
I’m trying to install the Solution “AsSafety Basic“ with AS 4.12.9.18 but I’m stuck during installation.
I can select the technology solution:
but I’m stuck on the next step:
When I open task manager I see few instances of BR.AS.UpgradeService running.
I have only AS 4.12 running at the moment.
Any idea how to solve the issue?

I copied from our server the installation file and with Tools > Upgrades > Local now I see the solution package on the second step after selection:
Installation done:
At least we have a workaround available.

As additional info:
I know this problem when a antivirus programm is catching the downloaded file.
Then the dialog shows an empty list.
The only way was then, as you now already did, to download it locally and install from there.
Maybe you can ask your IT about this.
