to me, this looks like a problem with the DTM catalog. Could you please download the latest DTM (B&R DTM | B&R Industrial Automation) and then launch the setup by right-clicking and selecting “Run as administrator”?

Unfortunately the only thing that helped was a complete re-installation of AS6 including a re-import of the DTM devices.
