The autofill function (ctrl+space) not working on automation studio (both 4.7 and 4.12) installed on a virtual machine.
This function work properly on the same automation studio installed on the real machine.
But in virtual machine (VmWare workstation 17.6.3) still not working.
Anybody have a suggestion?
The solution in my case is using the alt gr (rigt one, the left one not working ) + space button (italy keyboard layout)
I’m not a VMware user, but… I’m using Parallels desktop and UTM on macOS. (both Intel and AppleSilicon)
Most of the problems are that the host OS intercepts commands from the guest OS. I’m also manually mapping some shortcuts on Parallels desktop.
Look for keyboard shortcuts in VMware Configuration or Settings. And manually map the command. (If the item is in the check box, check it.)
*In a macOS-Windows environment, some shortcut key mapping may not be possible.
