Hi,
if the power LED stays red, even immediately after powerfail, and the system doesn’t react on the power button also, then unfortunately most often the reason is a hardware failure and the device needs to be repaired.
So I only can recommend to remove all plugable devices (CFast card, PCI cards), try again, and if nothing changes to ask your local B&R subsidiary for support / repair.
