Hello,

I have a B&R Automation PC 910 that is currently stuck in standby mode and cannot proceed to boot up normally. I would like to send it in for repair and would appreciate guidance on the proper procedure.

Details:

  • Model: Automation PC 910
  • Issue: Stuck in standby mode
  • Location: Malaysia

Please advise if there is a local authorized service center in Malaysia, or if I should send the unit directly to B&R for repair.

I think the easiest way is get in contact with B&R partner in your area. https://www.br-automation.com/en/about-us/locations/malaysia/ they will tell you how to do it.

I’ve tried calling the listed contact numbers, but unfortunately, no one answered the calls. I’m starting to wonder if the service centers are still active or if there is an updated contact I should be reaching out to.

Could you kindly confirm whether the repair center in Malaysia is still operational, or direct me to the correct contact for arranging the repair of my B&R Automation PC 910 (currently stuck in standby mode)?
