Hi all,

Need Help.

New Automation Studio user and loaded project into V4.7.74 and I got the error “Could not find Automation Runtime directory C4.45”. I cannot find version C4.45 to download.

Which B&R CPU do you have?
I don’t see any issue with my pc to download AR C4.45

Thank You. I am on the trial license waiting for the USB dongle to be delivered and apparently the trial license does not support “online” upgrades. I really appreciate the help!

Hi,

just use the “full text search” field in the download area without any other filter settings searching for “C0445”

and download the packages needed

After download, you can install the packages by using “tools → upgrades → Local” dialog.

I see, in that case you can sign in on our website (Do you have an account for that?) and download the AR you need.
Which is your hw?
