i have installed the AS and while licensing it is giving this error , what could be the problem

Hello,

B&R is using the CodeMeter Licencing Technology i think due to some other Software on your PC also using this technology there might be some bad interaction.

Updating the CodeMeter Runtime to the newest Version is a start.

The local B&R Support can assist best in Licencing issues.

Sometimes there could also be an temporary issue on the B&R side. So trying again after a certain time is also a thing.
