Hi,
You can try something if you have the license key of AS somewhere and you didn’t have other licenses using codemeter. It’s not the best way to solve it for sure:
- Using Task Manager locate the service
CodeMeter.exe
- Right click → Stop
- Go to folder
C:\ProgramData\CodeMeter\CmActsome file should be present - Delete them
- Go back to the service
CodeMeter.exe - Right click → Start
- Launch AS, it should re-ask you the license key to activate
I would like to mention that I think there is a better way to do this, but honestly I didn’t know how. I was using this on some VM when I go a problem like this AS didn’t start for some reason.
