Soweit funktioniert es also. Nun soll es auch über den Bildschim funktionieren. Hat jemand eine Idee was ich tun kann?
This screen shows the PC acting purely as PLC, it’s in Run so that’s good .
For showing mappView you need a browser. With the PC only operating as PLC this is not possible. You need to use HyperVisor to have both a Linux/Windows environment [GPOS, general purpose OS] and ArEmb [Realtime OS].
This means you require the necessary Linux or Windows OS, the license for Hypervisor [1TC4700.00] and then you can install the PLC environment via the procedure mentioned here:
Using those two files, I was able to install Linux. After that, I configured the network settings and temporarily disabled the firewall until Mapp View started working. I can also ping the PC3200 from my computer. My problem is now that I can’t find the PC using AS6.5. I can’t transfer my project.
Good morning,
I’ve now installed the B&R Hypervisor as shown in the instructions. My PC is running Linux, and Automation Runtime is also running. I can access Mapp View from my PC. However, the PC3200 panel isn’t displaying Mapp View. Is there a setting I might have overlooked? Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you very much for your help!
Have you installed the B&R Hypervisor driver? If yes, there should be a virtual ETH interface available in Linux. If you open a web browser in Linux, you can access the mapp View visualization via this ETH interface (192.168.137.1 by default).
