looks like that you’ve activated daylight saving time in windows but not in AR, am I right (I can’t read the Windows screenshot language, but as the UTC of the client = Windows is one hour less then the UTC of the server = AR so I conclude that dst is active on windows)?
Both settings, the daylight saving time and the time zone, should be equal on client and server. Only then the UTC time is the same on both systems.
With the T30 it works because the T30 is using NTP client with the PLC as NTP server (at least as I can see in the AS parameter settings) → therefore, the UTC of the PLC is used as UTC on the T30.
Hi @Lubos_Sadlon is your issue solved? from my experiences time sychronization between T30 and PLC can take a while. On T30 service page you can activate option “Wait for time sychronization”, Im not sure but I think there is also option set time from PLC,..etc just update us with your status and Help Us Keep the Community Organized
Today I tried to change the time setting in WINDOWS: I turned off “Automatically adjust time for daylight saving time”.
The graph started to display correctly, I just had a different time on Windows and a different time on the PLC.
Then I did a new time synchronization on PLC using “Online info” in AS. Then I returned the Windows setting “Automatically adjust time for daylight saving time” to on.
Now it’s finally working as it should, and both Windows and PLC times are the same.
