while doing initial download on C80 PLC it is showing like this. Anybody please give me a solution for this.

The AS Help entry for 29054 indicates the issue, it is not possible to repartition the 4PPC80 via online connection (which is a Hypervisor target under UEFI boot).

You will need to setup a USB install drive. See the instructions under Updating/Installing with Automation Studio and USB flash drive.

Hi Aswin,
This is a common error when you convert a project done in an already discontinued B&R PLC (PP65 por example) to C80. I don’t know if this is your case.
If in the project it was not defined a user partition, after the conversion the Minimum user partition size keeps in 0MiB, this causes the error you attached while transferring. This is because Automation Runtime must create this user partition, and cannot be this parameter to 0Mib.
To solve it just define the value by default, 10MiB, and try to trasnfer again. It is located on the PLC Configuration > Module system on target.
