Feedback from R&D regarding my product request:
we will bring some more information to C80 remote access within the next version of the C80 user manual.

This should be available during February.

Hi All,

I need to reopen this discussion because it doesn’t work with AS4.12.

The issues are:

  • I can’t find the settings for “IP Forwarding” in the Ethernet tabs

  • The "ArScreen " library doesn’t contain the "ArScreenEnableRemoteControl " function

Hi @simone.lonardoni,
below feedback from R&D when I asked minimum requirements for Remote Access on C80:

  • Linux Image version >= 1.8.0.0

  • Automation Studio HW Upgrade >= 1.4.0. 0

  • Automation Runtime version >= AR 6.3 .0

  • Automation Studio version >= AS 6.x

so it doesn’t work on AS 4.x.

You can discuss with our colleagues in Italy and make a product request.
