Connection to 3rd-party PC with DP cable and USB cable. But it seems the
the video signal transferring doesn’t success.
Is there anybody has the experience or similar setups on this topic?
HDMI2.1 to DP1.4 adapter(signal converter) solve the problem.
As the orignal DP port doesn’t work and the 3rd-party PC has HDMI interface, customer ordered several different types of HDMI to DP adpter for our Automation Panel. Finnally only ofe of them which has external power supply worked successfully.
Unlike the other converters, this particular converter features an additional Type-C power input. Although we are not entirely sure if this is the definitive reason, it appears to be the key factor that resolved the previous issue of the DP.
