Can anyone find the EDS file for X20IF10D1-1? Has anyone used this module before? If so, could you provide some insight on how you were able to get it functioning?
I provided my hardware configuration. All modules are operational, but there is no ability to communicate with third party devices (Red Lion DA70, and CompactLogix L18ERM). All LEDs on the X20IF10D1 are green, but Net Status LED is blinking green.
The X20IF10D1-1 is an Ethernet IP master and so I don’t believe it has an EDS file. Instead, you will need to configure the communication to match the data that you are receiving from the slaves on the network. This could be done via adding EDS files for the slave devices into Automation Studio (if you have them).
Ethernet IP can be finicky in that the configuration for each and every adapter device must match exactly. This includes IP address, assembly instances, and assembly lengths. I would first recommend triple checking all of these. Something else you can try is configuring one device at a time. Once you get a device working, add the next device to the configuration. If the communication stops working, then you know that the last added device is not configured correctly.
