I would say close Automation studio, delete temp folder in your project folder,move your project to folder C:\Temp, start Automation Studio as a admin, open project, rebuild all and execute offline transfer.

The error counter does not exist is self explaining. Program is not downloaded in PLC. I created this step by step guide Getting started with B&R, "Hello community" first project, backend "PLC" part. Maybe try this first.

You are getting this error due to your PC’s date/time format. Change your regional date/time format as shown in the screenshot and rebuild your project.
I tried this, it didn’t work
How big is your project? can you save it as a zip file without upgrades and share it here? I would like to test it. Could be that problem is related to your laptop or installation of Automation studio.
