In Windows 10+, the .NET Framework is a Windows feature, rather than a separate installation. It can be enabled through the Windows features control box (internet connection required to automatically download and install).
- Search for “Windows features” in the start search bar, or open the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off.
- Check the box for .Net Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
