In very rare cases, it happened that Microsoft Visual C++ was not originally installed correctly on the PC.
If during the AS installation the installation ends with error 4721, it is because Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 is not installed.
Install this version and the AS installation should proceed correctly.
